How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@eighteeninteriordesign.com and we will provide the necessary return instructions.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your items. While this is your full return window, we kindly ask that you notify us of your intention to return within 72 hours, especially if you've changed your mind.
Return Conditions
If you're returning an item due to a personal preference (such as size, shape, or style), it is your responsibility to ensure the product is returned in a resalable condition. This includes:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging - including both the product box and outer shipping box with protective materials.

Products must not be assembled, altered, or modified in any way.

Items must be securely packaged for the return journey to avoid damage in transit.
Returns that arrive damaged or without original packaging may be refused.
Repackaging Fee
If your return arrives without suitable packaging and requires us to repackage it, a 20% repackaging fee (based on the total order value) will be deducted from your refund.
All returned products are thoroughly inspected before any refund is processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless:

The item arrives damaged

You receive the wrong item

The item is faulty
We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following:

Bespoke or made-to-measure items

Sale items
-
Gift cards
-
Clearance, “sold as seen”, or ex-display products
These are final sale items and are excluded from refunds, exchanges, or credit notes. No guarantees apply to these categories.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@eighteeninteriordesign.com with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to swap an item is to:

Return the unwanted item following the steps above.

Place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
